Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS. Wine is packaged in cardboard shipping boxes. All shipping charges reflected on your total bill are for "UPS GROUND" rates. If you wish to expedite shipping, or if you wish alternate packaging, you will need to call the winery to make these arrangements.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING OVER LONG DISTANCES IN WARM MONTHS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. (Most shipments within the state of Virginia will arrive the day after they leave the winery.) All shipments require an adult signature for receipt.

Damage and Risk of Loss: All sales are final. We will replace any wine that is lost (i.e., bottles broken or misdirected shipments) in transit. We will NOT replace, nor refund the purchase price for, wines damaged by heat or cold during transit.

IMPORTANT! Minors providing false information when obtaining alcoholic beverages over the Internet will face criminal prosecution and civil liability. Violators may be charged under federal law with wire and credit card fraud, and under multiple state laws prohibiting the attempted purchase or possession of alcohol by minors. Penalties include monetary fines, jail time, criminal probation, loss of driver's license and a criminal record that must be disclosed on job and college applications. Licensed sellers of alcohol (including wineries and retailers) who pay large fines and lose alcohol license privileges for sales to minors are entitled to sue the minor for compensation. All Internet customers must provide a credit card number and delivery address and can therefore be positively identified to law enforcement.
